Mr. Looper has a background in medicine and focuses his practices on the defense of health care professionals and entities in professional liability suits. He zealously represents his clients in all phases of the litigation process, including pretrial motions, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appeal. In addition, Mr. Looper represents health care professionals in actions brought by the various state licensing boards.

Mr. Looper is from a medical background and represents health care clients on numerous aspects of their business. In addition to his involvement in the litigation of various medico-legal issues, Mr. Looper advises his clients on issues ranging from HIPPA to EMTALA. In addition, Mr. Looper has represented and continues to represent his clients in the areas of privileging, credentialing, and other licensing related issues.

Biography
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Looper attended graduate school in pharmacology and medical school. As a result, his practice is focused in the areas of medical malpractice defense, state board compliance issues, and health care. He has had numerous jury trials and has handled cases from Ringgold to Valdosta.
