Biography
Richard Sheinis has been litigating in various courts for over twenty-four (24) years. He has been the first chair for approximately 175 jury trials. His clients have included health care professionals and institutions, accountants and business entities. Mr. Sheinis has also represented many of these clients in related transactional and regulatory matters before governmental licensing and oversight agencies.
Richard’s litigation experience has been the foundation of his transactional and business practice. His understanding of litigation helps him achieve his goal of structuring business development and transactional matters so the client can implement successful business strategies while minimizing risk.
Richard is on the Board of Directors, United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation, Atlanta area chapter and President of the Netherlands-American Chamber of Commerce for the Southeastern United States.
