Property / SIU
Mrs. Spitalnick is an active member of the Property/SIU practice group. Her practice has been concentrated in this area for the past five years. She has successfully handled both first and third party claims involving arson and fraud from claims denial up to and including trial.
 
Insurance Coverage
Mrs. Spitalnick provides insurance coverage opinions regarding life, property, and casualty coverage issues including CGL policies, bad faith, uninsured motorist, causation, and excess coverage under commercial and personal polices.
 
General Liability
Mrs. Spitalnick also has experience in litigation arising out of trucking, automotive, products and premises liability claims, including wrongful death, throughout the Southeast.
 
Transportation
Mrs. Spitalnick has extensive experience in third party litigation arising out of trucking, automotive, products and premises liability claims, involving catastrophic injury, including wrongful death. Whether 3PL, Broker, Carrier, Cargo or liability claims or coverage issues, the transportation practice group is comprised of attorneys with vast litigation and coverage experience. Having represented carriers, brokers, operators and insurers engaged in trucking and the transportation industry, Mrs. Spitalnick has been involved in catastrophic injury cases involving liability issues unique to trucking and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
