The successful applicant will:
Provide marketing advice to HBSS through the firm's Marketing Committee and Marketing Coordinator:
Serve as web master for the HBSS website, and promptly provide updates as necessary when new content is to be added or outdated material is to be deleted as deemed necessary by the Marketing Committee and Marketing Coordinator, as well as keeping current all domain names owned by HBSS;
Provide creative advice for the upkeep and aesthetic appearance of the HBSS website;
Maintain the HBSS Intranet to ensure the content is current, and update material as deemed necessary by the Marketing Committee and Marketing Coordinator;
Provide creative advice for and coordinate printed marketing and seminar materials when such material is requested by the Marketing Committee and Marketing Coordinator;
Attend Marketing Committee meetings when requested; and
Perform any and all other duties consistent with competence in the field of marketing as the Marketing Committee and Marketing Coordinator may require.
Applicants must be a lawfully organized business entity in good standing with the State of Georgia or authorized to do business in Georgia.
Applicants will be evaluated on factors which include their expertise and experience in marketing and web-site maintenance, particularly for law firms.
Proposals must include an hourly rate, flat monthly rate, or combination.
Proposals must include a current resume of the principals of the company responding to this Request for Proposal, as well as a partial list of current clients, together with samples of marketing materials and web content for at least two of those clients. A minimum of four such Proposal packets must be provided.

HBSS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
