Overview

The Property/SIU practice group works with Insurance Claims and Insurance SIU departments concerning special claims involving coverage issues arising out of a range of losses under homeowners, vehicle, marine and commercial policies. We provide assistance to insurers at every stage of a claim from the initial report of loss through resolution. We represent insurers in mediation and litigation in state and federal courts nationwide. Our Property/SIU practice group includes dedicated attorneys who have a history of success in resolving coverage issues.
